FAQ

Q:Are you factory directly?

A:Yes, We are factory directly, our factory located in Tianjin city, North of China, very close to Beijing, there’s Tianjin Binhai International Airport, 1 hour to our factory by car. Welcome to visit us!

Q:Can I mixloading differerence models in one container?

A: Yes, We accept customer mixload some models in one container, but each model has to reach MOQ 100 pcs in one color.

Q:Do you provide sample and after-service?

A:Sure, we could sample for free for our normal items before order. For our item, the warranty should be 1 year, after that we can offer you some parts with normal charging

Q:Can I ask my own design item?

A:Yes, we accept customized items, we have our own development and specilaized sample team to support pre-sample.

Q:How long is the lead time for mass production?

A:For regular metal chairs, lead time is 30-35days; for regular wood chairs, it is 45-60days. For the new items, the lead time will be a little longer for the first order, but for future orders, the lead time will come regularly.

Q: How about the LCL order and FCL order?

A:LCL means that the amount quantity of the order can’t reach a full 20ft container. The order term is EX-works (EXW), we just provide the products as the order, but no responsible for any other process of the trading.
