A: Different brand’s product price is different. If you need the small brand products, we also can provide you the most economic products.

Q: Do you provide after-sale service?

A: Yes. So if you find any problem after using our cutting tools, please do not hesitate to tell us, we’ll help you to solve it as soon as possible. Your any feedback to products is our way to improvement.

Q: Do you accept trial order or sample order?

A: Yes. If you want to test our products before placing a biggest order, we also would like to provide you some samples for you to check the quality. If samples quantity is very small, there will no sample charge; however, if sample quantity is many or various, there will be a sample charge, but it is refundable after the big order is placed in future.
