Q1:What are the shipping methods?
A:Ocean shipment to the port near from you; Air shipment to the shipment near from your company; Door to door service by international express.
Q2:Do you supply personalized towels? Can you put our Logo onto your towels?
Yes, we do. Most of our products are customized. Your Logo can be imprint on the towels via embroidery, printing or jacquard weaving.
Q3:What about color fastness of your towels? Does the color fade after washing?
In most case, color fastness of our towels can be above grade 4. But some deep color like black, we promise the grade will be above 3. Our colored towels barely fade after washing. But we always suggest you wash your new towels before use.
Q4:What’s your minimum order quantity for round beach towels?
MOQ depends on specific towels you need. Please contact to confirm the MOQ of your towel.
Q5:Why do we need to pay hundreds of dollars just for a few piece of towel samples?
Sampling charge is for our labor cost and material cost. We need to adjust the machine as per your specification. We also need to dye or print the towels as per your request. All of these cost us a lot.
Q6:What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?
