The high-speed napkin machine is used for embossing, folding, electronic counting, cutting and processing into a square napkin.The production process is automatically embossed and folded without manual folding. Production process
1. EMBOSSING UNIT
The embossing roller is steel to wool roller ,high plasticity and abrasion resistance ,good surface elasticity to achieve a good embossing effect.

2..FOLDING UNIT
The folding type can be N,M,V folding .Customers usually choose the v folding (1/4 folding ).Different Folding type can be achieved by changing the folding plate .

3.PRINTING UNIT
Customers can choose 1 or 2 color printing ,the printing method is rubber placte printing .the Rubber plate mold has a low product cost .The printing process is finished by the rubber plate after accross the pigment tank .It can be used to printing company logo or advertisment on the napkin.

1.The printing style can be customized ,but one machine can make just one style napkin.If you need to change the printing style
,you need to change the rubber plater on the printing unit.
2.The embossing roller is steel to wool roller ,the wool roller will be pre-pressed with the steel roller.if you change the
embossing style ,you need to change all set of the steel roller and wool roller ,because the embossing on the wool roller is
uncoverable and it has big influence on the embossing effects.
3.If the voltage in your country is not stable ,you may need a voltage stabilizer.(prepared by client)
