Bypass oil cleaner perform total oil cleaning by removing solid particles, sludge, varnish and water from all industrial oil types. Its inlet connected to the pressure line, outlet to the system oil tank. The BU series is a compact and specialized bypass filtration system for use on all types of hydraulic machinery Application: high pressure systems (10-350 bar) Flow range 48-480 lit/hr.

Precision filter cartridge
The key component of oil cleaner is the filter cartridge to exclude contamination and moisture in the oil. Filter cartridge is required to have the following performances:
1. High filtering precision
2. High efficiency in filtering
3. Good performance in collecting contamination
4. Good performance in excluding moisture
5. Long working life
6. Convenient to change

To achieve the above performance, we have developed high performance YUPRO filter cartridge. We select fabric with high absorbability as raw material and roll it to be base material. Then, press the bottom into a tube to form different layers of the filter cartridge. The design can increase filtering precision and absorbability. Complete function is illustrated in the figure.
