About Customization & Drop shipping:
1- We support print your logo, you can send us picture, our designer will make mock up to you.
2- The picture should be at least 1299*753 pixel, if you need PSD template, please contact us.
3- We support you to create design on our website, then upload designs to your store for selling, even you get 1 order per day, we can produce and ship to your customer directly.
4- We support customize tongue label, heel label, package bag and shoe box, if you want to know more, please contact us.

1. Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are both a trading company and a manufacturer with own factory, so we have more advantages in price and production process. We have own equipment, R&D departments and design team to create more products.
2. What shipping ways I can choose and how many days will it takes?
We prepare two shipping ways for choice. One is express shipping, normally it takes about 3-8 days. The other one is standard shipping, normally it takes about 15-25 days.
We are unable to control the delivery time because it is processed by Third-party service, but if your parcel doesn't arrive within expected time, pls contact us, we will hep you check.
3. How I can track the parcel?
You can track your parcle on www.17track.net/en by using your tracking number.
4. Can the sample fee be refunded?
Sample fee can be refunded when your order amount accumulates to $2000 or when your order quantity accumulates to 50 pairs/pieces.
5. If I am not satisfied with my products, how to return them?
Your satisfaction and positive feedback is very important to us. If you are satisfied with our product and service, please leave us 5 stars feedback.
If you aren't satisfied with out service or any other problems, please contact us before leaving a negative feedback, and we will do our best to solve any problems and provide you with the best customer services.
6. Once I have placed an order can I make amendments to my order? Such as the color, size, delivery address?
If you would like more pictures of a particular product in order to see more detail, or how it would look in a real life situation, please contact us and we will be happy to send you some natural and real pictures. If you would like to change color, size or delivery address, please contact us within the 2 hours after you placed the order.
7. How does your factory do quality control?
Quality is priority. We always attach great importance to quality controlling from the very beginning to the end. Our factory has a professional QC team, every item will be checked by them before and after produced. Besides, our delivery department is equipped with big-screen high-definition display, staff will check all items before ship out.
