1. High speed steel wire cut to length machine
The high speed steel wire cut to length is special designed for wire on tube condenser making, the cutting wire diameter is 1.1-1.5mm.
With inverter control, the straightening wheel and cutting blade speed is adjustable.

straightening and cutting process before tube bending or welding process of condenser and evaporator. Compare to normal design
with two-half clamping die, we design the clamping die in three parts according to lathe chuck structure, which can minimize the
tube distortion during cutting, and the clamping die changing / adjustment will be more easier.

3. Steel Serpentine tube bending machine
The WA series serpentine bender is widely used for steel bundy tube bending process. Widely used for condenser, heat exchanger making. Compare to traditional manual bending work, the semi-automatic bending machine can process up to 10-12 grouped tubes in one time bending according to various tube diameters, the work efficiency is much more upgraded, and the finished tube presents good appearance as per requirements.
4. Wire on tube resistance welding

The gantry type condenser wire and tube welding machine adopts 6 welding heads and automatic feeding system. The machine operator put the material onto the feeder and press the start button, then the machine will conduct welding automatically.
