Product Description


480－A Automatic Biscuit Production Line
Main advantages of our oven:
The heat circulation fan leads the heat which produced by burning
room and heat exchanger to baking room, the baking products are
conveyed through the air ducts on the wind vent evenly; The baking room
sets with uniform recovery points, recycling the hot wind to heat
exchanger to finish the hot wind recycling process; The flue gas produced
by the burner is discharged to the outside of the oven to protecting the
products from being contaminated, to ensure the products clean and
hygienic;
Electric temperature controlling system to control the temperature
automatically, can reach the accurate baking temperature of all kinds of
products;
Oven is set with full humidity controlled water vapor discharge
system, can discharge the steam evenly and efficiently.
Quantity, length of exhaust chimney are equipped according to the
factory standard(3 chimney pipes, 2 bend pipes.
