Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer?
A: We are factory. Our valves are 100% tested before delivery.
Q: Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
A: Yes, we could offer charged sample and the cost can be reduced from following batch quantity order. As our products are too heavy, sample freight will not be covered at our side.
Q: What is the MOQ?
A: For valves and flow meters, it is 1pc; for castings, it should be 10pcs at least.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 25 days. If it is not standard model, or necessary parts are not available in stock, the delivery time will be 30 days. For batch order, it is according to quantity.
Q: What is your payment terms?
A: Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.
Payment>=10000USD, 100% irrevocable L/C at sight available upon request, with bank cost charged by separate.
Q: What is the warranty period?
A: Generally speaking, it is 1 year after the shipment date.
