1, How to insulate the LGS house? The standard insulation method is to fill up the gaps between steel studs with fiber glass or rock wool. For regions with extreme climatic conditions, it’s highly recommended to adopt an extra layer of rigid insulation, such as EPS, XPS or PU, to stop the cold bridge and reach higher insulation performance. 2, What’s the life time of LGS house? Quacent LGS structure is made of Aluminum& Zinc coated steel, which has superior corrosion resistant performance and very high strength. It has been proved by tests that the life time of LGS house made of AZ coated steel is more than 70 years. 3, What’s the cost of LGS house compare with traditional building systems? Quacent LGS building system is fully imported from Scottsdale in New Zealand, the top leader in this area worldwide. This system adopts high tensile steel and patented profile design which can reduce the steel consumption in a large amount, and this enable us to lower the material cost. Meanwhile, the light weight of LGS house can decrease the investment in foundation construction.
