A:For all of our products, battery has 6 months warranty, atomizers has 3 months warranty.

A:For first sample order, we have no moq requirements, you can take the qty you want, normally we will suggest 1 or 2 only or sample order.

For OEM custom order, MOQ is 10000-50000kits each model.
Q:How long can I receive the products after make payment?
A:For sample order, our lead time is within 3 days. Most of our products have ready stock for sample order.
For OEM order, our lead time is 1 week after sample confirmed.
Q:How can I make payment?
