Advantages : 

 

1.Bed column: 75 * 75 * 1.1mm rolled profile, two trapezoidal ribs with width of 5MM and depth of 2MM on each side of the leg of the bed; the rolled profile is processed with arc transition, and the profile opening is bent and crushed Edge processing, no sharp angles, improve the safety of product use; high-end polyurethane material 30mm head at the upper end of the column, high-strength polyurethane material 50mm head at the lower end of the column, overall installation, convenient and stable deal with;

2.Bedside: 88 * 32 * 1.1mm outer diameter rolled profile, two reinforcing ribs with width of 5MM and depth of 2MM on the outer side; rounded surface underneath, no right-angle collision prevention. Profiles are sprayed on both sides.

3. 20 * 30 * 0.8mm, five pieces are evenly distributed. Barbed ends have barbed locking bed support function, which is not easy to slide and pull. The bed board is a multilayer board.

4.The climbing ladder is a 22-round tube * 1.0mm round tube. It is made by CNC pipe bending machine. Stair steps are made of 1.2mm thick high-quality cold-rolled steel sheet after stamping. The surface needs to have bumps and must be able to play a non-slip effect.
