+HOW TO WORK WITH US OF YOUR CUSTOM DESIGN?
•STEP 1 DEPOSIT & DESIGN PROCESS
Contact us to show the image or idea of your design, choose the material, and then we can offer an estimate price for you.
Once you approve price and receiving the 50% deposit, SSFJewelry customs design team will create a design and 3D Cad for your custom order. The 3D Cad will show a vision of the front, back and sides of the product.
•STEP 2 CAD CONFIRMATION & PRODUCTION
After confirm the CAD then we start paving stones on CAD, which complex design need 2--3 days, simple design few hours.
Once customer approves of design we will begin production. Throughout the process we will keep you updated with photos showing the progression of the order.
•STEP 3: FINAL PAYMENT & ORDER COMPLETION
After receiving the final payment, we will provide photos of the completed product and ship the order.
ALL SSFJewelry Custom orders are shipped with tracking and shipping insurance, to ensure the safe and secure arrival of your product.

1.Hand setting 5A CZ or Diamonds of custom designs instead of wax setting !!!
2.Hand setting 5A CZ or Diamonds instead of glue so the stones will not turn dark after few months.
3.We use pure 925 sterling silver and high quality brass to make jewelry, with 5 times plating, so it won't let your skin green.
4.Our products are made out of the highest quality materials, including a brass base free of lead/nickel, solid gold and 14 or 18-carat gold plating.
5.For silver we choose number 1 SILVER,for silver material it can be spectated Level 1, level 2 and recycling silver. We are using level 1, since level 1 silver material the purity is good, easy production and wont have many Small holes.
6.We adopt 0.3u gold plating for 5 times and e-coating after plating, besides we do polishing again before plating assures no color fading for at least 1 year.
7.We are all use at least 3 times polishing, our polish workers are very professional who worked in famous gold factory for more then 10 years ,so polishing very shinny like mirror finished.
