mini working area 300*300mm, 400*400mm and 600*600mm for coin, shoe mould , cast die ect engraving .
The raised sink prevents oil mist and metal filings from splashing. Keep clean during processing.
X Y Z axis are installed with dust-cover cloth for protecting guide rails and ball screw.
Cast iron machine frame: the whole machine frame is casted in the mould device by iron.
Moving table: 40mm thickness cast iron table . stable table for high precision engraving.
Stable side support: 60 mm cast iron side support .
Metal milling spindle : 3.5kw constant power metal milling spindle . 6000-24000rpm and water coolent .
Hybrid servo motors: big power servo motors for iron , steel, aluminum milling and drilling .
Electrical cabinet: X Y Z axis are drived by Hybrid servo motors and drives.
Hiwin guide rails and TBI ball screw: high precision and long service time
automatic oil lubrication system : each maintenance for one touch lubrication on guide rails and ball screw

Package and Delivery
First : workers clean the mini cnc milling machine well , then brush oil on the guide rails , ball screw etc to prevent rust on the machines.
Second: package inside
Stretch film wrapped and fixed the moving parts of the machine
Then wrapped the whole machine with air cushion film to prevent damage.
Finally, covered with plastic film.
Third: package outside
wooden case fixed with screws not straight nails
We install steel tubes at the bottom of the wooden case to make the package stronger.

1. Whole machine one year warranty . Within warranty, we provide new parts free.
2. Exceed warranty period 1 year: if the cnc machine parts have any problem, we can offer new machine parts with cost price and your side should pay all the shipping cost.
3. Engineers available to serve and train overseas, but your side should pay all the expense. Free training at our factory.
4. Gantry, lathe bed, stand whole life warranty.
