DESCRIPTION

The polypropylene resin of flat wire and fiber is a crystalline polymer with neat structure, which is colorless, tasteless, non-toxic, odorless and light thermoplastic plastic. The melt mass flow rate is 2.5 ~ 4.5g/10min(2.16kg, 230℃).

The mechanism has excellent performance, its melting point is about 170℃, no deformation at 150℃ without external force, good chemical stability, acid, alkali and organic solvent resistance, and most of the chemical drugs do not occur.Because almost no moisture absorption insulation performance is good and insulation performance is not affected by humidity.

TYPICAL  APPLICATIONS

Suitable for making textile fibers, woven bags, carpet backing, sand distribution, strapping materials, ropes, etc.

STORAGE AND HANDLING

Polypropylene resin is not dangerous.Sharp tools such as iron hooks are strictly prohibited in the process of transportation and loading and unloading.During transportation, it shall not be exposed to the sun or exposed to the rain. It shall not be mixed with sand, metal, coal and other pollutants. It shall not be mixed with inflammable or corrosive articles.Open - top carriage must be covered with shed cloth, the inside of the carriage to dry, clean.

Polypropylene resin should be stored in the warehouse with ventilation, dry, clean and good fire facilities, storage should be away from heat source, prevent direct sunlight, do not stack in the open air.Storage period from the date of production, powder generally no more than 2 months, granule generally no more than 12 months.
