1.What color can we do? 

   We can do about any color, but please offer the color code. (Pantone color code or YS painting).

2.What is the delivery Time?

   Generally speaking, it usually takes 35- 40 days. 

3.Can I assemble the bike with different component (DIY)? 

   Definitely, you can, but the price and the delivery time might be different.

4.What is the quality of the bike?

   YW bicycle meets U.S. CPCS standards and EN14764 certification.

5.Do you carry parts and accessories? 

   Of course, as a manufacturer, we have a variety of parts and accessories. If your order in large quantities, we offer the spare parts for free (0.3 percent of your quantity)

6.What is your OEM Service?

   We could provide the products as per based on your demanded specifications, color combination, and we can use your own logo or  brand name on the bike as well as the package. 

7.Can we get a sample before placing the formal order? 

   Yes, you can get a sample. And sample cost is twice the normal price, but we will refund the extra money to you when you place the formal order. The sample can be delivered in two weeks when you pay for the sample fee.
