Product Description
KR800C/800S pisen cable granulator with the pre-shredder is highly recommend to process the thick cables like the Heavy industrial wires, bulky cables, cable mixture with iron scraps, etc.
The heavy industrial cables and the bulky cables can not be processed by copper wire granulation machine directly due to the over size. By equipping the pre shredder, the size can be reduced to fit with the granulation machine. Also, most of the cables contain iron components like the nails and clips, those iron components can damage the the blades of the granulation machine if they are fed directly to the granulation machine. To disassemble those components by manually will increase the labor cost. By equipping a suspend type iron remover, the iron components can be automatically removed, then the usage life of the blades can be effectively increased.
