A: We have different certificates for company and our products.
1). Company Certificates: SGS, ISO, and other certificates for exporting, such as ICQ.
2). Products Certificates: CE, IWFA, Quality Management System Certificates.
2. Q: What is your payment term for order?
A: Our Payment term is T/T, L/C, western union, alipay or paypal.
3.Q: How about our delivery Lead Time?
A: 1),Small Quantity less than 10 rolls, we can delivery the goods within 5 working days. cause most of those films are available
directly from our stock.
2), Big Quantity, we can delivery the goods within 10-20 working days.
4.Q: Why do my windows look foggy after window tinting?
A: Window Tint is applied to glass that has been sprayed with a special liquid which allows the tint to be moved around and
positioned properly. Once in place, the tint is squeegeed extensively to remove as much of this moisture as possible but some is
always left behind. Over a period of between 5-7 days this will evaporate as the tint cures to the glass.
5.Q:What kind of cautions should be cared for after installation.
A:When tinting the window film, it usually turns blurry, cloudy, and displaying some different colors right after the
installation. However, these conditions will remain only 3 days in summer and a week in winter only after the water drying process
for tinting. Therefore, the window should be avoided turning up and down or avoided being touched. Do not directly scratch the
tinted window with sharp objects. The film surface has a hard coating, but nails or other sharp objects can make scratches.
Furthermore, do not put tape on tinted windows.
