Rotary table shot blast machine is used for shot blasting of various part shapes and dimensions, casts and forged parts, pressed parts, steel and non-ferrous metal parts and parts made from fragile materials. Shot blast machine does cleans surface, desand casting, consolidate the surface (micro handling), roughing the surface before painting, etc. It could also be adopted for surface peening of gear, shaft, and spring as well as pull rod sintering piece. Rotary table blasting machines are especially suitable for use in small series and individual part production. This kind of shot blasting machines can be equipped with fixtures and accessories to adapt the items to be treated.

Workpieces are to be cleaned are placed on a rotating table. When rotating the whole surface of the item will be exposed in the shot flow. Rotary table shot blasting machine’s housing is a robust and protected by wear-resistant materials. Along with efficient blasting wheels made from wear-resistant materials, machine is equipped with high efficiency system for continued returning and cleaning of the abrasive. Rotary table shot blast machine is equipped with one or two blast wheels, depending on model size. Standard table work size are from 650 mm to 2,400 mm and can process work pieces of max 1,500 mm height. Standard equipment of larger shot blasting machines includes: PLC, display, timer, automatic or manual mode, automatic start-up of blasting wheels, working-hours counter, etc.
