Installation and use of fans
Before installation: All components of the fan should be thoroughly inspected, whether the components are firmly connected, and whether the transmission components operate flexibly.
During installation: The connection of the fan inlet and outlet pipes should be adjusted to match naturally, and no forced connection is allowed. If necessary, a soft connection can be used.
After installation:
1- It should be manually cranked to check whether the fan is running flexibly and whether there is collision phenomenon before trial operation.
2- In order to prevent the motor from being overloaded and burned, the fan must be started under no load when starting. If the condition is good, gradually increase the load.
Fan operation:
1) The air inlet should be closed before the fan starts.
2) Check whether all parts of the fan are normal.
3) After the fan has been running for a period of time under the specified load, it should be checked whether the bearing temperature is normal. When there is no special requirement for the bearing temperature, the bearing temperature rise should not be higher than the ambient temperature of 40 ℃. The effective value of the vibration speed of the bearing part Vrms≤7.1mm / s. If severe vibrations, impacts, or rapid rises in bearing temperature are found, emergency shutdown must be performed.
(2) Maintenance and troubleshooting of the fan
Attention items in fan maintenance work:
① The fan can only run under completely normal conditions.
②If the fan is started after maintenance, it is necessary to pay attention to whether the parts of the fan are normal.
③ Regularly remove impurities such as dust and dirt inside the fan, and check the tightness of the belt at any time to prevent the belt from slipping.
④Maintenance of the fan must be carried out when it is stopped.
⑤ During the operation of the fan, if any abnormal phenomenon is found, it should be stopped immediately and checked.
⑥In addition to replacing the grease after each disassembly and repair, under normal circumstances, replace the grease every six months.
