Our asparaguses in oil match perfectly with other specialities for their characteristics of sweetness and tenderness.
Directions for use
Ready to open and enjoy on their own, or in combination with other Azienda Agricola Barbuscia specialities such as Artichoke with Stem, crushed green olives, farmer style artichokes, aubergine fillets, peppers, mushrooms.
Inviting as a mixed antipasti, they are successful side dish when accompanied by well aged cheeses. They constitute a moment of escape with a soft, lightly scented white wine.
