Hydraulic steering dolly girder trailer,Long beam bridge transporter trailer
QINGDAO SHIYUN TRAILER CO.,LD ,is a professional China Trailer manufacturer with brand “girder trailer”.Long beam trailer is a kind of trailer set to transport long cargoes by loading two ends of them, which is the most effective and economical way to transport long cargo like steel structure, long steel pipe, precast concrete beam and long bridge section.We have 2 kinds of solutions :Hydraulic steering long beam trailer and self-propelled girder transporter.
Features:
1.Normally the long girder length is about 20-60meters .The weight is about 30tons-400tons .There are box shape girder and T shape girder.We can design different kinds supports for loading different shape girders.
2.The trailer set has two parts: the front one should be towed by a prime mover or self-propelled. Rear part is like a steering dolly, could be equipped with a small diesel engine to realize manually steering.
3.The axles number and trailer beam design depends on the weight of the girder.
4.Long beam trailer is supporting launching girder and construct bridges, it fulfills the transport job between precast concrete bridge section yard to bridge construction site.
5.The trailer/transporter must be strong enough to load the long beam .
