Rawsun has completed the development of the "integrated electric vehicle drive control charge integration system" (EVICCS), whichis a series of integrated vehicle controller (VCU), motor controller, DC/DC, DC/AC, high voltage power distribution, 220V AC charging, 380V AC direct charging, DC charging and other functions, covering Rated power range of 20kW, 30kW, 60kW, suitable forA0, A, B class passenger vehicles, as well as commercial vehicle platforms under 7 tons.
Rawsun motor controller is mainly used in the control of permanent magnet synchronous motor for electric vehicles. The main technical characteristics are as follows：
