A: Yes, OEM is available. Package, label, power plug can be customized. We can also help you develop pool pumps of your own style and appearance since we have our own design team and mold developing department.

Q: Do you have necessary certificates for our Country?
A: We have ETL, CETL, CE, ROHS, EMC, RCM certificates currently and we can also apply for certificates in your Country.
Q: Is your pump suitable for our Country?
A: Yes, our pump can be made to voltage of 100~120v or 200~250v covering both 50Hz and 60Hz with various choice of power plugs.
Q: How can you prove the quality of your pumps?
A: We release products testing videos in the fees frequently, please follow our shop and you will see many evaluation videos as well as customer reviews from our ditributors. We also provide with 1 year warranty, in warranty period, you only have show us the warranty pump on photo or video and we will do the warranty for you. If the pump defective rate is more than 2%, you can return the whole container to us all on our cost.

Q: What's the leading time if I place order?
A: Usually the leading time is 30-45 days. If the products you ordered is in stock, they might be shipped immediately. You'd better contact us to check if it is available in our warehouse.
Q: What is the payment term?
A: We accept T/T, western union, Paypal, credit card, alibaba trade insurance etc.
Q: What is the departure port of your products?
A: Our products are usually shipped from Port of Ningbo, but they can also be shipped from other port in China on your request.
