This product is made of 0.8mm aluminum plate, 5mm iron plate and stainless steel flat bar.
The main process is precision CNC stamping, CNC bending machine, welding, product surface treatment.

As a whole
Material: choose 0.8mm 6061 aluminum plate, 5.0mm iron plate and 3mm thickness non-stainless steel flat bar.
Process: according to the requirements of CAD drawings, use laser cutting machine to cut into strips and then weld into metal frame.
The front and back of the welded metal frame are fixed with cross screws for the 0.8mm aluminum plate.
Bottom use solid 10mm thick iron plate for reinforcement, role: can better avoid the back collapse of the frame.
Mounting:
According to the customer's product requirements, use 3M adhesive paper material on the 3M adhesive surface printing product signs and fonts.
Paste the paper of the mounted painting on the surface of 0.8mm thick aluminum plate.
The content can be according to the customer's requirements to choose different colors to match.
Colors can be selected from the international pantone or RAL color Cards.
