SiC Graphite crucibles types:

 

1. Pure graphite crucibles:

 The carbon content always 99%min, made of pure artificial graphite material.

2. Clay graphite crucibles:

Main raw materials always are clay & natural graphite powder, then making the size by Rotational Molding machine, then baking.

3. Rotational molding type Sic graphite crucibles:

Main raw materials are sic, natural graphite & Al2O3 etc. Making the size by Rotational Molding machines, carbon content from 20%-50%, sic content 20%-40%, with the oxidation-prevent coatings; density is around 1.7-1.85.

4. Isostatic- pressing Sic graphite crucibles:

Main raw materials are SiC, natural graphite & Al2O3 etc. Carbon content is around 30%, SiC content is around 40%.
