Dispersion TiO₂-80 Masterbatch

Characteristics

Dispersion TiO₂-80 is a dispersion of titanium dioxide for use in all white, or light colored, rubber compounds where the quality of the dispersion is critical. Dispersion TiO₂-80 is especially useful in printing blankets, roll compounds, copy machine belts and other rubber compounds where surface defects cannot be tolerated. Dispersion TiO₂-80 also provides a degree of protection against sunlight and ultraviolet light damage in white and light colored compounds where the filler loading is low.

Processing advantage

The thermoplastic, excellent compatible EPDM/EVA binder which is combined with active dispersing promoters allows much more easily and quickly incorporation and excellent dispersion in the rubber mixing. In this way, optimal activity of the effective TiO₂ is assured.

Dosage: 5-10 phr.

Application: white and light colored rubber compounds of all types

Packing: Net 25 kg cartons with plastic inner bag

Storage: In original closed containers under cool and dry conditions max. 1 year
