Dispersion PbO-80 Masterbatch

Characteristics

Generally powder form PbO hard to evenly dispersed under normal temperature which cause activity of vulcanizing decreased and vulcanized rubber’s static mechanical property and dynamic fatigue decline. Our pre dispersed PbO-80 master batch due to its selected grain size and made pre diffusing in ethylene propylene rubber and with Surfactants & dispersants so it can be fed in mixing process quickly to make dispersion evenly and perfect activity. What’s more, PbO masterbatch is in granule form to avoid blocking.

Processing advantage

The thermoplastic excellent compatible EPDM/EVA binder which is combined with active dispersing promoters allows much more easily and quickly incorporation and excellent dispersion in the rubber mixing.In this way,optimal activity of the effective sulfur is assured.

Dosage: Same phr. with normal powder sulfur.

Application: Obviously for soft compounds; light -colored compounds, which must be free of sulfur stains, rubber articles which have to withstand dynamic stress.
