FEATURES:

1.Compact carriage: It features a completely new carriage system which is 20% smaller and 30% lighter than its predecessor.This design yields quicker and more responsive carriage and increases productivity ,all while minimizing structural stress on the machine for increased durability

1.Size changing system:With this device,two different sized gloves can be knitted.It helps realize greater versatility and more economical production planning.

 

2.3-Finger palm device:With this option the upper palm portion below the middle-three fingers 

is knitted separately from the rest of the palm.This provides independent movement and more comfortabke and better fit.

 

3.U2 device(plating feeders:This device is specially designed to produce pile-knitted gloves  with different materials inside and outside.

 

4.U3 device:Together with U2 device,it can produce partially pile-knitted gloves.

 

5.Two color device for fingers:This device can knit glove fingers with two colors.By using conductive yarn at the fingers,the gloves can be used for touch-screen products.
