Q1. What is the packging including ? 

A1:   In normal package , it is including one unit printer, 51pcs pcs tray,  1unit Empty CISS and 60pcs PVC cards.

Q2. which type ink of this printer use?

A2: Both dye ink and pigment ink could be use. we suggest you choose Pigment ink.

however if you don't need much ink, you can buy in our local market, which can save you much shipping cost.

Q3. how to operate it?

 A3: Don't worry about, we will give you a CD disc/USB disk , it including all the document you need, like software, printer driver, teaching video and so on. 

Q4. what about the gurrantee? 

 A4:2 year , except the printhead and CISS .
