2. Brief introduction
1.Adopt single column, longitudinal bed, cross saddle, worktable without up and down and front-mount spindle box structure.
2.Equipped with tools-work pieces cooling system and corresponding pneumatic and hydraulic systems, furthermore adopt force cooling for spindle.
3.Adopt butterfly-type spring to clamp tools and release tool with air pressure. Utilize dry and clean compressed air source, air pressure mustn’t be lower than 0.5Mpa.
4.The spindle box adopts counterweight for balance.
5.Pneumatic system adopts imported components with reliable and stable quality.
6.Mechanical and electrical are in one structure. The electrical controlling section, CNC system, lubrication and cooling devices are mounted on the bed and column.
7.The electrical controlling unit is provided with a cooling unit.
