Malfunction criteria and solutions:
Simple failure: the connector connection problem on the display and the control software failure-----remote guidance by telephone or network guidance.
Intermediate failure: unit module, power supply, receiving card, sending card, graphics card damaged-----customer needs to send to our designated place and take charge of the shipping fee, after maintenance, we will send them to you and pay the freight cost.
Special fault: many modules and power supply damage on the display------Customer need to make clear what’s fault determination and send us report and wait for our special solutions.
(Note: All repaired screens have their own repair files)
Specail support: If the customer don’t have engineer and need our engineer to support, the expenses incurred by the business trip shall be borne by the customer.

We will not take responsibility for the following problems:
1: Unless other agreed, consumables, such as optical cables, cables, aviation connectors and other wire connections are not included in the maintenance clauses.
2. We are not responsible for damages or malfunctions of the display caused by improper use, improper operation, improper installation, etc.
3. Outside the parameter range of the product use environment, no maintenance responsibility is assumed.
4. Product loss or failure caused by force majeure will not participate in the warranty regulations (such as: war, fire, flood, tsunami, etc.)
