We've created a better-for-you bagel by blending sprouted organic whole grains and organic wheat flour that is boiled then baked for a soft, chewy texture. Our authentic bagels are sprouted to boost vitamins and minerals, ease digestion, and improve nutrient absorption. They're also glyphosate-tested to ensure that there is no contamination from this common herbicide.

Remove product from box so moisture can dissipate. 2. Allow 8-10 hours for product to thaw (overnight is perfect) or toast from frozen. 3. Use thawed products within 9 days.
