Premium Grade Meat
The Saga Wagyu Beef is strictly selected from the Japanese Black cattle variety raised in Saga using the standard set by the Japan Meat Grading Association. Only meat with marbling Grade 5, Grade 4-7 or higher can qualify as Saga Wagyu Beef.
The Saga Wagyu brand is one of the most prestigious Wagyu brand in Japan.
