These dashi packs with natural ingredients have an easy-to-use tea bag design, and each carefully selected natural ingredient (bonito, sardines, frigate tuna, mackerel) is blended into a perfect balance. 1. Place one bag (leave the paper bag as is) into 600cc (approx. 3 cups) of water, and then bring the water to a boil.
2. Once the water starts to boil, give the bag 3 to 5 minutes to extract.
3. Turn the heat off, and then use chopsticks to lightly grip the dashi pack and take it out of the water.
Use whatever amount of dashi the recipe or dish calls for. Also, please use caution to avoid burns when taking the dashi pack out of the hot water.
