Our Supreme Vegetable Base is ideal for boiling, braising, stewing, and glazing all kinds of vegetables.
It can be used as a base for clear, pureed, and creamy vegetable soups, soups with cereal, vegetarian stews, as well as a sauce base for vegetable, egg, and pasta dishes. It can also be used to boil potatoes and add flavor to soups, sauces, and salad dressings (by sprinkling the powder over prepared dishes).
