Healthy and hearty vegetable stock that we all can savor - not derived from animal or seafood products and no additives used.Enjoy the Umami of all the vegetables!
Vegetarian/vegan-approved and no food additives, only carefully selected natural products are used for this product.
After each vegetable is heat-treated properly, we proceed with a Japanese traditional technique called “Kasane-ni”, layered cooking method, finishing it at the end with simmering more with stock liquid from kombu kelp and shiitake mushrooms.
The method of Kasane-ni helps to bring out the natural flavors of vegetables, and this is how vegetable Umami is achieved.
