Bhimthadi Thalipeeth Bhajani

Thalipeeth Bhajni is an instant multigrain flour made by roasting some millet, cereals and pulses (Jowar Hurda, wheat, rice, Bajra, udad dal, chana dal, and moong dal) with few spices and ground into a flour. This flour is used for making Thalipeeth (flattened bread) which is a traditional breakfast in Maharashtra. It's not only tasty but also loaded with nutrients (protein, fiber) and a healthy option for lunch and breakfast. Bhimthadi Thalipeeth Bhajni had a very authentic aroma

Specifications:
- Handmade product sourced from rural SHG's.
- Authentic aroma and taste due to pure ingredients and traditional method of manufacturing.

Recommended Use:
-Add chopped onion, coriander, salt and chili, garlic, cumin paste to the flour. Knead it to a soft dough. Take a portion and
flatten it with fingers using water. Roast it on a hot tawa till golden brown and crispy.

- serve hot with fresh curd and groundnut chutney or Mirchi thecha.

- Add your favourite vegetables like bottle gourd, methi, cucumber, to the flour to make it more nutritious.

Since last 12 years Bhimthadi Jatra had footfall of 4 lacs visitors each carnival each year with a huge positive response.
