Q1:Can I have a sample order firstly ? what's your MOQ limit?   

A: Yes, sample order is acceptable for testing our product quality. And our MOQ is 1 piece.  

Q2:What's about the lead time and shippment? 

A: Sample Order can be delivered within 3 days, Bulk Order can be delivered within 10 days for regular type after payment. For detail lead time, please contact our sales.  

Q3: Are you a manufacturer?   

A: Yes, we are OEM & ODM manufacturer with two factories in Anhui and Shenzhen.

Q4: What is the warranty? 

A: Usually 2~5 years. 

Q5: How do I know the production status?   

A: Our sales person will follow your order to ensure the delivery time, also you could reach us by Wechat or Skype/WhatsApp to get Live picture and video.

Q6: How about the shipping method?

A: For shipping, we often use DHL, FedEx, UPS, and TNT. And they take 3-5 days to arrive. For bulk order, we recommend to send goods by Sea to save your transportation cost. 

Q7:Is your power with copper transform or something?  

A:We can do with complete copper transform and copper cladding aluminum.
