Q1. Is Sample order/trial order acceptable? And what's the lead time?
A. Yes, welcome to test samples. Sample orders lead time is 2-4 working days, bulk order <300pcs is 5-7 working days.
Q2. Does it use the network to do face recognition?
A: No, the faces are stored on the local system.
Q3: Who is allowed through?
A: There are two modes—stranger mode where anyone with normal temperature can pass, and a recognition mode where it will only allow recognized employees to pass through. Stranger mode can also recognize employees but anyone can pass provided they don’t have a fever.
Q4: What certifications does the device have?
A: The device has FCC, CE and ROHS certifications.
Q5: Does it save a picture of the employees?
To recognize a face it must store the face of the employee. It also will record an image of the employee (or stranger, if stranger record mode is enabled).
Q6: How does it handle facial recognition?
It stores a photo of the face in a database, it could illuminate the face and does analysis on the facial features.
Q7: Is customization service including packing, voice ect available?
Yes, With MOQ 100 we can customize for free packing, voice messages and prompts.
