Deep hole drilling machine brief：
BTA deep hole drilling machine will make different size holes on different jobs.it can drill different length,it can drill or bore on different shapes jobs.
Yes,our deep hole machines are for holes.It consists of drill box,headstock,jobs support,drill bar support,CNC controllers,machine bed,filtering syste,coolant system,tools. I will introduce in details.
Machine bed
Cast by high quality iron,the inside structure is strong and has strengthen ribs. HT300 grade iron. Guide rail is machined by our Heckert brand grinder. Planing by our chinese famous planer. Hardness is about HRC48-HRC52,we have time ageing equipment to shaken in the surface of the bed. Guide rail will be quenched and heat treatment. Our machine bed is very strong and very heavy, Guide rail is 160mm width and 40mm thickness.
Headstock
It is used for driving the workpiece to rotate,The gears inside the headstock is precision ground,gear surface is quenched by high quenched process. The hardness of the tooth is HRC48-52,so it is high strength.Inside the gears,we use lubricate oil. It is the main parts of th machine.
Oil pressure head
it is for guiding the cutting tool,supplying oil and supporting the jobs. We use servo motor to drive the oil pressure head to tighten or loosen the workpiece. it is the advantage of our machine,most of our competitors use manual or mechnical.
Drill box
It is used to supporting the drill bar, we have high rigidity integral structure. Hanging pulling mechanisum is mouted on drill bar support rest,after finished the drilling process,the drill bar rest will pull back to the original postion automatically.
Drill bar support rest
It is used for supporting the drill bar. the support sleeve will absorb the vibration during machining.
Center rest.
Used for supporting the jobs. We use 3point closed type.
