High Speed ATM Cash Register Paper Thermal Paper Roll Slitting and Rewinding Machine
Application Material: |
Machine is used for slitting and rewinding all kinds of thermal paper, including fax paper, cash register paper, ATM paper, ECG paper, medical record paper, POS paper, self-adhesive trade marks, non-woven cloth, films etc. |
Specifications: |
1. Machine adopts Siemens PLC control system and touch screen, all the parameters are displayed on the monitor, and it will automatic work. |
2. The main motor adopts Siemens inverter motor, and frequency inverter control. |
3. Machine adopts automatic Chain link lift-up loading system. Using the separate cylinder control locking the shaft. |
4. All transmission rollers have been dynamic/static balance treated. |
5. Machine adopts red line marking system, printing red line at the end of paper rolls. |
6. Machine adopts round blades to slit, it equipped with automatic wasting materials edge trimming system. |
7. It adopts auto tucker, adjust the paper material loose or tight easily. |
8. It adopts 2 sets sensor & fully automatic tension control controller to keep constant tension. |
9. It adopts auto meter counter, when it reach the setup length, the machine stop and alarm automatically. |
10. It can adopts automatic cutter and gluer. |
11. It equipped with emergency switch. |
