A dispersion kneader superior by design, engineering and construction represents an advanced class of kneaders

Dispersion Mixer can be employed in a wide range of material mixing, ranging from low viscosity adhesives to high viscosity rubber.
With simple operation and easy cleaning, it gives its best even when the operator's skill and experience are limited.
Combination with Sheeting Mill
Several kneaders have been supplied with appropriate "UTTAM" Sheeting Mill through a skip conveyor.
Main technical features
» MIXING CHAMBER :Single piece Alloy steel chamber duly finished, hard faced, hard chrome platted and jacketed for water cooling or heating.
» SIDE BOARD : Single piece Alloy steel side boards. Ensuring side clearance for longer life of rotor edges. Sideboards are duly machined finished, hard chrome platted and jacketed for cooling or heating.
» PRESSURE LID: Single piece Alloy steel of rigid thickness, duly machined finished hard chrome platted and jacketed for cooling or heating.
» ROTORS : Single piece Alloy steel and designed for effective temperature control. Rotor Blades duly hard faced with Stealite welding process to give wear resistance surface and hard chrome platted.
» TITLING : Discharge of material by Hydraulic tilting system. This tilting system provides TROUBLE FREE WORKING of the machine. As there is NO Wear & Tear of the gears like in the machines where Worm gear System is used for tilting chamber OR Breakage of the screw and nuts like in the machines where screw and nut system is used for tilting chamber.
