FASTMIX Fixed concrete batching plants are designed for long-term installation. They are the best suitable for construction projects where the required concrete production is quite substantial. Like all other FASTMIX range plants, the strength and the reliability of the product are guaranteed. In addition to the exceptional control of the construction process, these concrete plants allow easy maintenance to guarantee a long life service. These parts are painted with a specific layer of paint that contains an anti-corrosive alloy, with an extra double layer of paint.

They are each equipped with a twin shaft, turbo or planetary mixer suitable for the desired flow rate, ensuring fast mixing, consistent and high-quality concrete production. Each mixer has a structure that contains cement, water and admixture weighing scales, plus water and admixture pumps. The storage and dual-weighing aggregates systems consist of four to six hoppers with a unit volume of 20m³ to 30m³ each customizable according to the type of aggregates and the storage capacity required by the customer.

The T-shaped hoppers are installed to maximize efficiency. Aggregates are transferred using a belt conveyor to a holding hopper to optimize the mixing cycle and increase productivity.

Cement storage is provided by watertight silos equipped with dust filters, safety valve, level indicators, and fluidizing nozzles, etc. The capacity and number of silos vary according to each plant. Cement transfer is provided by screw conveyors.
