AJ50 small batching plant structure and application
Structure: AJ 50m3/h concrete batching plant simple concrete mixing station can be flexibly combined by double horizontal shaft mixer, batching machine, electrical control PLC and steel structure components,etc. Moreover, it is simple in structure, convenient in disassembly and convenient in construction.
Application: AJ50 is suitable for all kinds of large and medium-sized prefabricated component plants and industrial and civil construction projects such as highway, bridge, water conservancy, wharf, etc. It can mix dry and hard concrete, lightweight aggregate concrete and all kinds of mortar.
The advantages
A, We have experienced welding workers to gurantee the welding standard and machine structure.
B,After the welding the parts will be grinded first, and then sent to sand blasting machine (here the small factory have no),the rust and welding slag will be removed to ensure the better paiting look also the paint lifetime will be much longer.
C, We have the equipment to calibrate the centricity of the mixer shaft, and we have our own patent number on mixer sealing system.
