Rough abrassive processing line of raisin
Production Process flow : Remove the stalk--Gravity separator(remove the impurity)- Gravity Destoner (remove the stone)- Raisin grading machine (vibrating sorting)-color sort(Laser sorting equipment).
This equipment can process the raisin abrasively .
1. Raisin roughing production line Production capacity: 3000kg/hour.
2 Technical indicators: Instigation rate >95% ,Dust removal rate >98%,Removal rate >96%
Stone removal rate >92% (stone seed diameter 2.5mm or more) Specific gravity selectivity >90%
3. Classification: large, medium, small, special small four, (mesh size according to user requirements)
4 In the complete equipment, the specific gravity machine and the stone screen surface are made of stainless steel, and the rest
are made of high quality ordinary carbon steel.
