Since 2008, Dongguan City Bohai Bags & Luggage Co., Ltd. has engaged in design, manufacturing, development, saling and export of different types of handbags, backpacks, messenger bags, wallets, cosmetic bags and other purpose bags, more than 10 years experience. Our factory has passed the BSCI certification and ISO9001:2015 international quality management system certification. Welcome to visit our factory, you can have a close look of our production line.
With 8 production lines, 308 experienced workers, we could make sure that 400,000 per month production capacity. Different production line equipped with different cutting machines, sewing machines, logo printing machines for different functional bags and backpacks. Even embroidery on small leather products like wallets, purse, sling bags are acceptable.
We have the independent R&D Department in our manufacture, which make sure we have strong and effective backup when we need to create new item, making sample, craft development of bags. It helps Dongguan City Bohai Bags & Luggage Co., Ltd. speeds up the speed of our sample making, and make adequate preparation for bulk orders in future.
There are thousands of our own designed products. Base on these 13-years production experience, we have a complete products training about the material, leather, craft and so on. Then we offer you a quickly and competitive quotation before sample order and bulk order. We have build strong relationships with famous brand customers like Guess, Mango, Mismo, Fossil, Rootote, Pinko, River Island, Zara, H&M, supply them for women handbags, crossbody bag and men backpacks.
After the whole production process, we have strict international quality control system. In order to guarantee our bag line products quality, there are 32 Quality Control inspectors in total, including 2 IQC, 4 IPC, 5 OQC. They would be working independently on each production lines, ensuring the PFY of products in 99%. There are testing machine like needle detector, pull-out strength testing machine, temperature & humidity testing machine, friction testing machine and salt spray testing machine to make sure the quality of leather, lifespan of bags metal accessory, strong handles and shoulder straps for handbag, backpack.

Pu leather, genuine leather, canvas, cotton, polyester, nylon fabric, pvc and other material
You can tell us your main target market or leather requirement, our sales team will offer suggestion and cost-efficient quotation according to your demand.
Lining of bag material options:
In usual, lining of women bags are used 210D. Some luxury bags are made of imported Italian lining.
If you need other material, you can offer us material or leave your demand from inquiry.
Logo of bag options:
Embossed, debossed, silk screen logo print or embroidery logo. Metal patch, metal label, woven label or rubber label, etc.
About the size of logo, please offer Adobe Illustrator profile, PNG picture.
Zipper Puller of bag options:
In common, bags puller is 0.7 inches, 1 inches, 1.3 inches, etc.
Customers can OEM ODM different shape of puller, or we can offer different types of puller for your choice.

A: Yes, bag MOQ is 1 pc. In stock bags can be shipped in 3 days. If you want to customize a new sample, it takes 7 to 10 days.

A: Sure. We have professional R&D department with design service. We also supply OEM, ODM service. You can tell us your idea, provide us a drawing or AI profile. Our engineer will develop for you. As sample time is about 5-7 working days. The sample fee is about 50 usd ,and it will be refunded to you when you place order.
