Product Description
Stainless steel is divided into three categories: austenitic stainless steel, ferritic stainless steel and martensitic stainless steel.
Austenitic stainless steel contains 16% -26% chromium and less than 35% nickel, usually has the highest corrosion resistance, cannot be strengthened by heat treatment, and is non-magnetic; the most common type is 18/8, or 304 grade, It contains 18% chromium and 8% nickel; typical uses include aircraft industry, dairy products and food processing industry.
Standard ferritic stainless steel contains 10.5% -27% chromium, but no nickel. Due to its low carbon content (less than 0.2%), it cannot be strengthened by heat treatment. It is only used in places where corrosion protection is not required, such as construction and automobiles Decoration.
Martensitic stainless steel usually contains 11.5% -18% chromium and 1.2% or less carbon, and sometimes nickel. It can be strengthened by heat treatment and has moderate corrosion resistance. It is used for knives, surgical appliances, wrenches and turbines.

No.2D Matte cold-rolled products produced by heat treatment and pickling after cold rolling are used in petrochemical production equipment, auto parts, construction materials, pipeline materials, etc.
No. 2B is the product after No. 2D temper rolling. Compared with No. 2D, gloss and surface smoothness are better. After adopting the surface treatment method to improve the mechanical properties, it can satisfy almost all uses.
No.3 The products polished with 100 to 120 Mesh grinding paper are suitable for interior and exterior decoration materials, various electronic product shapes, kitchen equipment and other products that require beautiful gloss.
No. 4 The product polished with 150 to 180 Mesh abrasive paper is more densely submerged than No. 3 and has a silvery white surface. Mainly used in bathtubs, decorative materials inside and outside buildings, food equipment, etc.
