Product Overview
This series of wood chip machines have advanced structure, high quality of slices, wide applicability of raw materials, and convenient operation and maintenance. The machine is composed of machine base, knife stick, upper and lower feeding coupling, conveyor belt, hydraulic system and other parts.
Main applicable raw materials: logs, trail logs, wood cutting residues such as branches and wood processing residues such as slabs, slats, log core waste veneers, etc. It can also be used to cut non-wood materials such as hemp, reed, and bamboo.
Product advantages:
1. The wood chip machine shell is CNC cut and blanked, and after welding, it is processed with a wrong bed as a whole.
2. All bearing positions are shaved, and the whole hole is scraped to ensure that the shaft and the bearing remain 100% parallel.
3. The upper and lower joints of the shell are flattened by a milling machine as a whole. After installation, the gap is small and the raw materials cannot easily leak out of the gap after crushing, thus ensuring a clean and tidy workshop environment.
4. The bearings used in the whole are all original bearings from Harbin, and the unit price is twice that of ordinary bearings, thus extending the service life of the whole machine.
5. The main shaft of the drum wood chip machine made by our factory has been heat treated and tempered to ensure the strength of the shaft.
