Main performance and structure Characteristics

5-1,this machine is used for arc milling of busbar head angle, thickness≤12mm, width≤140mm, length≥250mm.

5-2,according to processing shape, there is fixed shape program in control page.

At present, there are 3 type set.

A, R is half of busbar width, passed directly.

B, R is less than half of busbar width, passed R+line+r method.

C, passed through chamfering method.

5-3,according to busbar characteristics, clamp mold adopts automatic alignment technology, pressing head can be located in reasonable point well, only one time.

5-4, pressing head is pressure-adding structure, so clamping is more smoothly, milling surface is better.

5-5, according to busbar characteristics, machine body is special designed, main axis and guide size is enlarged, to improve strength and precision. Axis X and Y used in combined, different line can be processed.Axis Z, according to different busbar thickness to choose suitable die for fine adjustment, only one time adjustment, no need other adjusting work. Die is international standard BT40 with die uninstalling device, changing die easily and fast.

5-6, according to busbar characteristics, this machine adopts high precision ball screw and liner guide, choosing higher loading bigger guide and ball screw and nut, assure moving strength better, lower noise and shaking, improve workpiece quality.

5-8, program is developed by our company, automatic programming. simple operating, no requirement to learn professional knowledge. Only input some parameters according to drawing, program can exchange it to machine code, save time and avoid mistakes of human programming, especially for usual milling center mistakes when inputting axis X, Y, X size.
